Chances also are that the site doesn't look like there's much design going on. The reason for this is that this site was designed and built with modern standards for markup and presentation. The markup is presented in XHTML, which you are now reading. The presentation is handled by an imported Cascading Style Sheet. If your browser does not support modern web standards, you will not be able to view the presentation, but will still be able to view the content.
